MOLDED & EXTRUDED

Many applications require a significant level of customization that is not readily achievable through traditional straight cut fabrication methods. In these specific circumstances, opting for custom molded and extruded products can effectively provide a solution to the problem at hand. Molded rubber products encompass those that are created in both compression and transfer molds. These types of molded products can be manufactured into various forms, including homogeneous, fabric-reinforced, or rubber-to-metal products, depending on the specific requirements of the application. An extrusion, however, differs from a molded rubber product in that the uncured material is forcefully pushed through a specially designed die that is made to create the desired cross-sectional shape under considerable pressure. Once shaped, the extruded product is then vulcanized, or cured, in a heated pressure vessel known as an autoclave, ensuring durability and longevity for its intended use. EXTRUDED RUBBER PROFILES
Die-shaped rubber profile for various applications. Can be made into most practical shapes such as u-channel, D-shape, P-shape, and others from many different rubber compounds.

MOLDED RUBBER PARTS
Compression and transfer molded parts made into homogenous, fabric-reinforced, or rubber-to-metal products. Available in in most elastomers (including fluoroelastomer), to most military and industrial specifications.

MOLDED URETHANE PARTS
Custom parts from polyurethane material, known for its outstanding resilience in industrial applications.

MOLDLESS MANUFACTURING
Proprietary process of making impeccably accurate parts from virtually any soft material. Great for prototyping and short run orders.
